OUR WHY
SHEEC is a non-profit academy that stands and advocates for Sustainability, Health, Education, Environment & Community work in the Caribbean.
We believe that the future of Caribbean Communities is bright and full of opportunities. Hence, our goal is to empower & engage vulnerable groups to sustainably develop their lives and communities. Through knowledge sharing & continuous learning opportunities, we aim to inspire Caribbean youth, young adults, and people in NEET (i.e., not in education, employment, or training) to obtain a sense of self-belief and optimism to improve their future. Our education and training programs are in line with the sustainable development goals (SDGs), and focus on reducing poverty, achieving zero hunger, promoting health, and creating sustainable communities. This with the aim to advance one's personal life, career or business.
WHAT
SHEEC is a non-profit academy that provides high-quality education & training programs.
We offer a unique learning experience in which essential knowledge and skills for sustainable and healthy societies are provided:
- Our education programs are evidence-based and complementary to general school curricula,. Students learn through multimodal content delivery, either face-2-face or online in their own time and comfort zone.
- Our training programs offer guidance in the development of professional, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills.
- In our "pathways to a job" program, we provide guidance during the entire employment process, with tangible connections to the working world.

HOW
During an intake session we'll brainstorm about the most effective and best suitable learning package for you!
After a personal assessment, we create your student account from where you will have access to your learning platform. Your learning platform is tailor-made; based on your desired personal/ professional objectives, potential, and market opportunities.
Learning programs are available for both individuals and groups and come in the form of either a course, workshop or motivation session.
